PhD Day 2026 TU Graz

The PhD Day 2026 at the Faculty of Architecture, TU Graz, provided a platform for doctoral candidates to present and discuss their ongoing research across the fields of design, engineering, and historical research. Structured around four thematic discussion sessions, the event showcased a wide range of projects addressing contemporary questions in architecture, including digital design methodologies, architectural theory, adaptive reuse, climate-responsive design, circular construction, computational fabrication, and architectural history. As a guest critic, Prof. Dr. Adria Daraban contributed to the discussion and evaluation of the presented research, offering critical feedback and engaging in scholarly dialogue with PhD candidates and faculty members. The event fostered interdisciplinary exchange and supported the continued development of innovative doctoral research in architecture.
