Semester project We are planning to extend a semi-detached house in the Höngg district of Zurich. As part of a (fictitious) rezoning, a significantly higher utilization is possible. Based on the reduced, elegant style of the almost 100-year-old master builder’s house, we are looking for an appropriate design strategy for the extension.
