What does care mean?
This semester, we want to focus on an extremely ubiquitous yet invisible concept.
Care work, which is purely aimed at the well-being of people, often takes place in secret and usually receives little recognition and appreciation.
We would like to get to the bottom of this problem and also scrutinise its significance in architecture.
What are the new tools of “care”? How can we make „care“ more visible?
The fatuk building will serve as a representative architectural object, which we will take a closer look at, analyse and use our research to identify potential and design small concepts, that we will also implement if possible.
The course will take place in two block courses, there will be a first meeting in advance on 08. May 2024 in R 1-120, where the dates for the block course will also be announced.
