The course Architectural Representation II provides the fundamentals of computer-aided work in the architectural context. In the successive modules, you will learn the basic knowledge for generating and creating complex three-dimensional geometries, their representation, and fabrication.
Simultaneously, we aim to convey that architectural representation always involves designing. In independent exercises, you will examine, visualize, and realize the atmospheric potentials of your spatial digital constructs.
Our architectural research builds upon the results of the last winter semester. The focus is on the transition from lines to surfaces and from vector-based drawings to pixel-based images.
We kindly ask you to ensure that you have access to computers enabling you to work fluently with the programs Rhino3d, Blender, and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
